Hello

There’s this girl I like so much.
She’s cute (not fine oo), and has a good character.

So we’ve gone out on a couple of a occasions, nothing formal just
informal. First time we went out as last year December 25th. I was surprised to
see her around and she said she deliberately stayed back to read for
exams.

We talked a lot, got to know her on a personal level.

She said she hardly goes out with guys and that she’s disappointed that
her almost all her male friends have asked her out.

But before she dates, she’ll rather be friends first as she’s seen a lot
of her friends in relationships get burnt.

friend asked her why she out with me & she said she’s always in the
mood to go out whenever I asked her out.
We’ve gone out like 3 or 4 times.

On one occasion, we were supposed to meet up after her classes, she said
she forgot and to reschedule.
But in less than 3 minutes she called back that she’s coming to meet me.

Apologized for forgetting and that’s when she and I had the conversation
above.

So now this girl hardly picks calls 📞
Hardly replies texts

But whenever I ask her out, she down for it.

Wanna know what you all think. 

Does she have feelings for me 

 Or

Should I push more, mind you she doesn’t encourage communication as she
hardly respond to calls or texts. 

Or

Should I just be wining whenever we meet.
Mind you in all occasions, she always says she had a nice time out and
she refreshed for hanging out with me!

How can I get this girl to commit???
